Nafisa is the Director of Morning Stars Care Ltd.

Brett is the Chief Operating Officer. He is an experienced qualified Social Worker, health and social care leader, and training professional with over 21 years of experience across mental health, learning disabilities, supported living, residential care, domiciliary care, children’s services, and local authority adult social care services. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to improving the quality of care through strong leadership, workforce development, and values-driven practice.

Brett has held senior management roles within local authority services, leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting complex service delivery, and working in partnership with health professionals, providers, commissioners, and safeguarding services to improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs.

Bobby Demosthenis is the Head of PBS, Training and West Sussex Care, as well as the Registered Manager for services across West Sussex. He leads the development of person-centred PBS, staff learning and service quality across the region. Bobby also oversees the organisation’s technology, digital systems, websites and internal tools, helping teams work more efficiently, strengthen oversight and deliver safe, effective and high-quality support. He works closely with managers and frontline teams to support continuous improvement, good practice and positive outcomes for the people supported.

Tarek supports the operational teams by managing all administration, providing HR support by working partnership with our external providers. He manages all aspects of Recruitment within Morning Stars Care
